Privacy and legal notice
Last updated 23 October 2026
This notice covers three websites: bluespheresolutions.co.uk, marctaverner.com and polarisglobal.io. All three are run by Bluesphere Solutions Ltd, which also owns Polaris Group.
Who we are
Bluesphere Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 07183446. Registered office: 2 Butlers Close, Lockerley, Romsey, England, SO51 0LY. Bluesphere Solutions Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: marc@bluespheresolutions.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use an enquiry or contact form on any of the three sites, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, role, what you need, your timeline and your message. If you tell us how you heard about Marc, we use that answer only to understand which channels bring enquiries. When you book a call, we receive the details you give the booking calendar. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
We also count visits with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It tells us which pages are read, which site sent the visit, and the country and type of device, in aggregate only.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to discuss the work you describe and, if we go on to work together, to set up and run the engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where we agree to work together, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
Who processes it for us
Netlify hosts the websites and stores form submissions before they are delivered to our email. Google handles call bookings through Google Calendar. Plausible provides the visit statistics. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the standard contractual clauses the law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies.
Cookies
Our own pages do not set tracking cookies. The booking calendar on the Book a call page is provided by Google and may set Google's own cookies when you use it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time by email. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
