- Who it is for
- Boards, investment committees and leadership teams that need a clear view of a fast moving market before they commit.
- What you get
- A session prepared around your questions, on stablecoins, tokenisation, the governance of AI agents, or where value is moving in applied AI: from the model to the harness, and to whoever can prove control to a regulator or auditor. Plain answers, the questions worth asking your own team, and a short written follow up.
- Typical trigger
- An investment decision, a new product line, or a regulator or bank asking questions the board cannot yet answer.
- Outcome
- A board that can make the decision with confidence and knows what to ask next.

- Who it is for
- Founders and leadership teams who have a product that works and need to know the fastest route to revenue.
- What you get
- Two to three weeks of focused work on your buyers, partners, pricing and the regulatory and institutional path to market. You get a written plan with the priority buyers and partners, the introductions I can make, and what to do in the next 90 days. The fee is credited against a retainer if we carry on working together.
- Typical trigger
- A new round closed, a stalled pipeline, or a new market on the plan for next year.
- Outcome
- A clear route to the first deals, and an honest view of what will slow you down.

- Regular time with me, introductions where they help, and challenge on strategy, partnerships and regulation.

- A pipeline that needs to convert this quarter, or a strategic partner that will make the rest of the market easier.
- Outcome
- The deals that create momentum, signed.
- Who it is for
- Companies entering the UK, the EU, Switzerland or the Gulf.
- What you get

- Typical trigger
- A licence application, a new regional office, or a board decision to open a market within the year.
- Outcome
- A market opened properly, with the relationships in place to grow it.
- Who it is for
- Growth stage and regulated companies in digital assets, fintech and AI that need independent challenge on the board.
- What you get
- Independent challenge on strategy, risk and regulatory exposure, with particular depth in European and Swiss digital asset regulation, institutional relationships and international expansion.

- Outcome
- A board that regulators, banks and investors take seriously.
- Who it is for
- Companies moving into regulated markets, preparing a significant raise or professionalising the board ahead of institutional investment.
- What you get
- A Chair who runs the board well, holds the chief executive to account and builds the relationships with regulators and investors that the next stage depends on.
- Typical trigger
- A new regulatory regime, institutional investors joining the cap table, or a founder ready to separate the roles of Chair and CEO.
- Outcome
- A board built for the next stage of the company.
